The wiring is not very complicated, most functions are forwards from the DB25.    Outputs for the different functions are described in the Timy/TIDO manual:

ALGE-Multiport (3): Pin assignment:

........ ........... Terminal numbering line
........ c0....... Start channel (precision 1/10,000 s)
........ c2....... Timing channel 2 (precision 1/10,000 s)
........ c3....... Timing channel 3 (precision 1/10,000 s)
........ c7....... Timing channel 7 (precision 1/100 s)
........ ........... Data output for display board
........ ........... RS485B
........ ........... RS485A
........ ........... Clock for terminals CLK
...... ........... RS232 TX
...... ........... RS232 RX
...... ........... Common ground GND
...... ........... Stabilized voltage out (+5V)
...... c1....... Stop channel (precision 1/10,000 s)
...... c5....... Timing channel 5 (precision 1/10,000 s)
...... c8....... Timing channel 8 (precision 1/100 s)
...... c6....... Timing channel 6 (precision 1/100 s)
...... c4....... Timing channel 4 (precision 1/10,000 s)
...... ........... RS232 RTS
...... ........... Printer data out
...... ........... Horn output 8
Ω
...... ........... RS232 CTS
...... ........... Output voltage 7,5 - 14,5 VDC
...... ........... Common ground GND
...... ........... Power supply in or out (8 - 15 VDC)

Its pretty straight forward to build a custom breakoutbox. You need a M-M DB25, two plastic boxes and a variety of 4mm banana sockets.
