I've got hands on an "old" Chronoprinter 520. Sadly i can't find the Tag Heuer Firmware Manager to download.
Can anyone provide me the file or give me a link?

Every 520 in existence is old now. I have 4 that are nearly ancient.
Do you have a real need to flash the firmware? What do you intend to use it for?
I watched one get permanently bricked the last time someone tried to update the firmware. I wouldn't suggest it, if it is currently working.
No, I don't really need to update or reflash it - I just want to check if the connection to the PC is working.
I want to use it in Vola/MSportsPro Suite, but I cannot get a connection. The connector on the cable is a bit shaky, maybe (i hope) it's just a cable fault.
