The wiring is not very complicated, most functions are forwards from the DB25. Outputs for the different functions are described in the Timy/TIDO manual:

Its pretty straight forward to build a custom breakoutbox. You need a M-M DB25, two plastic boxes and a variety of 4mm banana sockets.
