WANTED!!! Hillclimb timing system

Do you want to do any timing "live" or just download and calculate after the event?

There are several older used systems such as ALGE TDC 4000 systems that could do that.

I am the racing director of a local auto club in Romania, we do 3-6 events per year only for amateurs(hillclimb and handling ability) and being a non-profit organization we don't have very large budget.
I'm aware that fancy timing system with on-line results are quite expensive, so I'm not picky.
For example I was offered a good deal on a new timing system from Alge but I don't have 5000 Euros to spend on it.
I need a basic system (can be used, I don't mind) to get the job done.If you have such equipment, name your price and will see if I can afford it.
