In theory you should be able to interface a Time Tech display with the new NASTAR software. The only way you will really get it done though is to FedEX your display to Geoff Elder at Split Second Timing. Please call or email him first to determine if he can help you. There are 4 versions of these displays and each one seems to be a bit different. Time Tech had them made by a compnay called ElectroNumerics. Be prepared to spend some money. Or pitch it in the woods and buy a modern Phoenix "A" display that is made for dual course NASTAR. $3350.00 buys you a nice dual course display that shows 3 yellow digits for bib, one white digit for medal, 4 yellow digits for seconds, 10ths, 100ths. This battery powered display weighs 60 pounds and can be mounted on a wall or tripod. The electronics are all ALGE and it comes with a 2 year warranty.
