TDC 8001 Bib control shortcuts

Users of TDC 8001 timers can use the following shortcuts to control Bib incrementing:

* followed by Up Arrow places a marker in the upper part of the start screen to show bib counting "up"

* followed by * places the marker in the center for "manual" counting

* followed by Down arrow places a marker in the bottom of the screen to show bib counting "down" (for forerunners from 9999)

Or use ALT+MENU followed by Menu selection 53
