TAG Heuer HL 960 Display Board work with VOLA?

Has anyone had any luck getting a TAG Heuer HL 960 display board to work with VOLA?

My set-up is a Dell D630C laptop with the serial port connected to a TIMY PXE. So I have assigned a USB port as COM6 and a USB-to-Serial converter, then the data cable to the scoreboard. This set-up has worked perfect with Split Second for years, but no luck with VOLA.

Any tips or troubleshooting would be appreciated.

Pro Timing Solutions created step by step instructions for the HL 960. Vola is looking for the scoreboard to be in Program 000.
