Is there any way to send an impulse out from a Timy 3 at a set interval (1.2Sec) ex.?

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a program within the Timy that can send an impulse from one of the channels after a specified amount of time? For example 0.8 Seconds.

This would be to control a second gate drop for a team event. Obviously I would need to set the interval to a custom amount each time. Ideally I could start the countdown with an impulse into the machine, 0.8 Seconds later it sends an impulse out from a different channel, dropping the other gate.

is this possible with Timy? or any other machines?
