Tag-Heuer Chronolec on AMB systems

I had heard that the Chronolec transponders will work on the AMB systems. Just wondering if it is true.

Not true.

You can adapt the loop embedded in the track or taped to the track. They both use magnetic induction concept but then the technology diverges.

I haven't tried out myself but was told by a fellow timer that the "old" decoders (without displays) were capable of processing Chronelec transponders. The following decoders using TranX3-protocol couldn't do this anymore.
Again, not verified myself yet.
