I'm looking for the specification of the Sync cable HL 2-321. I need to replace the circular connector (3 positions). So even a BOM would be useful. I realize Tag Heuer isn't supporting timing equipment anymore.

We have this at the office. It has been our experience that the cable breaks outside the 3 pole plugs.
Mark or take picture of the solder side of the plugs.
Cut off the wire at least 10mm back from the plug.
Resolder and it should work fine. You can send it to use and we will fix it if you are in North America.
understood - the issue is some of the solder cups (solder side) are broken.
