Swiss Timing has formally gone on trial for fraud committed in securing the Timing & Scoring contract for the Commonwealth Games in India. The trial opened today - Thursday March 7th 2013.

The courts in India have framed charges of cheating and conspiracy against Swiss Timing.

Swiss Timing remains an official sponsor and official results provider of the UCI (cycling), FIS (ski racing), FINA (swimming) and the Olympics. Cheats and conspirators in charge of results in sports....what possibly could go wrong?
