Just for fun this weekend we tried using the stopwatch program on our system B clock. Menu options for loading the start and finish were very useful and intuitive. This morning I checked it out running stopwatch and connecting to SST software. Data transmission to the software is perfect and will work even with intervals. If you loose your laptop during the race just keep rolling with times using the program. Memory dump with com to file will show all time stamps without the nets and classment will print nets for all who have them. Be sure to change the printer settings to "print start time ON" and check the baud rate for use with software (should be set to 9600 for SST). I also like to bump the precision up to the 10,000.
A word of Caution: Any corrections to times or assignments during timing will recreate the impulse in the software.
BTW unlike the memory dump for the TDC the Timy dumps interval TOD information and not the interval net times.
