SS Selects A4 when Printing Reports

I've had a problem for a while now when printing reports from SS. It always sizes the page to print to A4 sized paper instead of letter size. To get around it, I save the report to PDF, and then print from Acrobat with "fit to page". Still, it's a nuisance.

I've spoken to Geoff, and he can't reproduce it. I've looked at every setting I can find in SS, Windows 10, and my print driver, but can't find anything.

Has anyone else had this problem?
