I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to build the cable or knows if they are available anywhere. I have two Seikos S149 and know many others with same unit that would be interested in getting the cable.

Did you manage to get details of the data port I also would like to know the Pinout and protocol for data transfer
I have a lot of time into this interface and I can tell you that it is not just a cable that is required. You would need to have a good understanding of a micro controller because you need to read a 4 bit data bus.
