rodeo score software required

Recently we have been asked if we can provide an event and scoring software solution for a rodeo events.

Requirements include:
Online Registrations,
Horse and athelete information
Random Draws including for top "x" of subsequent rounds (x = 10, 8 , 5, 3 depending on total entries)
Judges scores input
Results outputs may include printed reports, online files, online database...

Any suggestions?

Pretty interesting -- Looks like the most commonly used is from Charlie Horse Ranch
Timing Systems, Inc. and not terribly expensive on the grand scheme of timing software.

And there is a whole other kind of system with light beams called FarmTek which works because is a single rider passing between beams.
