Fred Patton spent last weekend in Charlotte NC giving a seminar to over 20 NASCAR timing and scoring officials. Wonderful modern facility in Concord NC. Located next to the private jetport that NASCAR uses to fly their staff to races and the Lowes Motor Speedway.
