Primary Timy not connecting to PC | TimingGuys.com

I'm having problem connecting the primary timy to the PC. Everything is connected like it should be, rebooted, changed ports---nothing. Just doesn't want to acknowledge to Timy. Thoughts? Thank you

How are you connecting the Timy to your computer?

What timing software are you trying to use?

Open Device Manager:
Start->Device Manager
or enter "Device manager" or "devmgmt.msc" in the Search field (Win+R) and Enter.
Then find the USB controllers section here. Pull out and plug in the USB connector from the Timy3 and check if it reports to the PC. If not, you will need to reinstall the driver from the ALGE Timing website.

Always use the ALGE utility Com to File to check connectivity BEFORE trying to use with any type of software.
