Do you have the ability to use a pc and software? In general you can get more bang for your money with software and an older reconditioned multi channel timer. If you have to operate stand alone then buy an ALGE S4.
Yes we can use a PC. Aslo courious if anyone know much about Summit timers?

I have a newer Summit Systems SRT 1000 Timer, it works great and is pretty bomb proof in terms of the weather proof rubberized shell. Battery life is excellent too. Considering the price of about $500 for the non-wireless and about $900 for the wireless mode they're a great value.
I've used them mostly for backup timing in conjunction with the AMB Activ chip system. I've also rented the wireless models, they provide awesome range using the MaxStream (http://www.maxstream.net) 900mhz OEM cards and the standalone radio modems at the central processing end.

Also consider an ALGE COMET at that price point. Split Second, Fiddleware, etc all use the 4 available channels of the COMET. Slightly more expensive is the TIMY XE without printer.
The major thing you need to decide is whether your application requires a stand alone unit or a stupid time base.
