New UCI cycling technical guide published

The UCI has created a technical guide for the road cycling organizers.

Note the strong suggestions to use photofinish or transponders that work at the 3k prior to the finish point. The commisaires need to know where the riders are at 3k so they can be assigned to the correct group at 3k. Not at the finish.

Very interesting reading.
