New revision for Split Second interface to Vola

Yesterday I posted a new revision with the following Vola related changes:

10/19/2015 ver 6.60, rev 2 :

When opening a Vola race file for the first time it now detects and sets the race type if it`s a Masters race. It then pulls all the competitors into the Male list with the gender set accordingly.
It now pulls in competitor data from Vola race files if bib numbers haven`t been set yet.
