So I found my answer and the port to configure is 5100. So you need to configure to network (connect) and specify the network address from the decoder.

Then do not forget that mylaps transponder code written on the chip is not the code recongnize by lynx. You need to find all numerical code from scanning each transponder to lynx without a map file. Then you will be able to map the file with this data collected.
