MTS (J-chip) contact in Europe?

I'm trying to contact MTS regarding their J-Chip system. Anyone have a European contact? I get no reply from their main email address.

Hi, I know JChip's being used successfully around Europe and they have people there- not sure who thought- send a note to Nagai (nagai@greentag.to and/or mtsnagai1173@yahoo.co.jp), he'll be able to help. I think Japan's been on holidays over the last week, may or may not be why they're not responding...
