I am looking to purchase a Ipico or RFID timing system. I can't afford a new system at this time. Does anyone have a used, complete, ready to go system that will accommodate up to 750 runners?

Runsum's post a few threads down will put you in the right direction. I purchased one of his systems, would have you in good shape. You'll need to rebrand the chips, but you can do that through Runner's High in Pennsylvania.
