We would like to use the live timing for a race. I do not have an internet connection in the timing hut.
I can get the times by radio and input them manually to a copy of Split Second software in the race admin office for each bib number as the race progresses. The PC in the race admin office is on-line.
Will this work?
Do I need a dongle for the PC in the race admin office to get the results on the live timing site?
Suggestions or comments please...

This will work, but you have to manually upload each after the times for each competitor. It wont show you who is on course.

You don't need a key to do this.

I would suggest a cell PCMIA Internet card or using dial-up to the timing building. ALternatively, high powered wireless antenas are what we use.

Good luck, see you soon at Tremblant.
