Improved interface

As of Monday, Jan 6/03, the forum sports an improved interface that will yield benefits to all users, in particular power users. Improvements include:

Tab Tool System - Find common tasks in a familiar tab menu

Global Post - Post anything from anywhere on the board

Post Window - A compact post window with a tab tool system

Quick Reply - Quick reply with a simple key command

Collapsible Categories - Don't read it? Hide it

Browser Notes:
Due to the nature of these advanced features, users of the new interface will need an "advanced browser", otherwise, the application will default to the previous interface. These browsers include IE 5.5+, Netscape 6+, and Mozilla 1.0+.

Scream if you have problems.
