IAAF scoring Points

Hi,

Multievents are calculated by the IAAF multievent scoring table. Formulars for this table are published.

But IAAF has also the "Hungarian" or "IAAF scoring table for Athletics".
This is available for download as PDF on IAAF website - but without any formular or further information.

Anyone here, who knows formulas and parameters?
Or a source for both?
