How to Set Custom Countdown Time in ASC2?

I have an ALGE ASC2 clock and am trying to set a custom countdown time in Program #4. Trying to set Cd8 from 1:45 to 3:00. (Three minute countdown interval.)

I have tried following the instructions in the ALGE manual (page 25), but to no avail.

I don't have a serial cord for the clock so can't do it with software. I have to do it using the black and green push buttons as outlined in the manual.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
