Display Board Help!

We have a micorotab light and we are having trouble getting the display board to communicate with the our Racetime2 device. On any mode.

A walkthrough or any sort of help is appreciated.

The display is set up

1) "Base Program"
2) 1200 Baud
3) The cabling has to go from the 15 pin male connector on the base of the Racetime2 to the Serial 1 (upper) input on the display
4) The Lite version of the Microtab works 100% as the standard Microtab with the Racetime2
