Hi! Please someone can help me to connect Ski ALp Pro to Galactica Score Board?

The Galactica board is supported in SkiAlp Pro. I am not familiar with the Galactica Display Director software. The current links on the Swiss Timing support site have incomplete manuals.
Assuming it functions the same as my experience with Alge alphanumeric displays, you need to program the board to expect the data at X,Y coordinates. Then you need to program SkiAlp Pro to send the data you wish to display; i.e. Running Time of competitor on course / Time at finish at a certain character location (Galactica supports 60 characters). Start with getting good communication through ST software and proceed to Vola. The Vola programming should be simple enough once you have the display set to show the data at the correct coordinates. It will take some trial and error I expect.
I'm very beginner in Galactica, so I don't no even how to start. 
The Swiss Timing support site has links to instruction manuals. The "Basic Software" file is blank, but the swimming and football have information. I would think there is enough information in those documents to start you off, learning the software. The basics should be the same for all sports.
