Yes.
You change the setting either with the D-line configuration software, or the button in the side.
Hold down the button on the inside right panel.
It will blink "hh" for the hours of the day. Hit the button continually until it shows "SE" (it will go through minutes EE, seconds SS, date dd, month dE, year dy, length of time to display time th, length of time to display date td, length of time to display temperature tt, Ar, Br, etc, etc.) Check the manual for all the settings. Those won't matter as the D-line will ignore them if it is getting RS232 data. If you don't want it to show any of them, set "tO" = 0
Once you stop hitting the button at "SE" the first digit of the setting will blink in a few seconds. I don't know what it would say as each board is different. Bib/Rank board needs to be "r" (hit the button to change the setting, let go and wait 8 seconds for it to go to next digit). Next digit is the baud. Should be 2400 or 9600 depending on the settings of you TDC. Change the baud by hitting the button, when it has the baud you want (2=2400 , 9=9600) let go and wait 8 seconds for "SE" to blink again. Hit the button and go through t0 (should be 0 unless you want your board to work like it is at a bank and show time and date after not receiving RS232 data for this length of time. I actually let my Bib/Rank board got to the Time after 90 seconds of no data. My time board stays blank.
Click the button one more time when AD (should be 00) blinks.
Once you hit the button the last time after AD the board is set.
Bib/Rank board SE r2 for 2400 baud or SE r9 for 9600 baud
Time board should be SE h2 for 2400 baud or SE h9 for 9600 baud. This is assuming you weant mm:ss.th as the h should be an s for hh:mm:ss.
Good luck and check your manual (see link)
