ATV race timing - where is transponder placed?

We put in front of ATVs, MylapsMX transponders. Because is not so fast at moment of crossing line the chips are well detected. Problem can be if the vehicle beats something like a tree (the chip can fly)

You can see (hidden because is turned to driver), the chip attached in green pole side of steering wheel (with "plastic stripes"), is high position, but the system detects it it well.

If you take care of noise, our rates with "razor" (polaris, can-am) vehicles (high position of chip) if about 300 hits, force: >110, noise: 15-25
