Hallo folks,
We got this timing, which I don't even know what's called please find attached file. We would need setting without start unit and single race no money. Anyone please able to help ?

Looks like an old Alge Self Timer, but I am not sure of the model, an SF2 maybe? Your local Alge dealer should have a pdf of the user manual.
Yes it is an ALGE SF2 system. Not the oldest type because of the the black face plate. Earlier ones had silver face plate.
Put new 9v rechargeable battreries in the SE start unit and see if it comes to life .
The ZE finish unit sends voltage up the pair of wires to charge the batteries and run the system.
All of the intelligence is in the ZE and SE units. The display board is just a display.
