Alge SV4S speech amplifier update

Hello, I add 3,5mm 4pin jack connector on Alge SV4S speech amplifier for connect different headphones. After all I tested it:

-speakers - ok ( little noise, but its not problem) -Microphone has very low sensitivity - can you tell me how to increase it?

Headphone parameters: -Impedance: 32ohm Sensitivity: 105dB +/- 3dB
Frequency range: 20Hz-20KHz
Mic dimension: 6.0 * 5.0mm
Mic sensitivity: -38dB +/- 3dB
Mic impedance: 2.2kohm
Directivity: Omnidirectional
Operating current: Below 100mA
Headset interface: 3.5mm stereo
Cable length: Approx. 2.1m / 6.89ft
Headphone color: Black&red, Black&blue
Package content:
1 * KOTION EACH G1200 Headphone

Can you please advice me how to increase low sensitivity of microphone?

Hello, so, problem solved, you just need have microphone headset ipedance between 250-350 Ohm (-:

correct. it is all in the impedance of the speaker/ microphone. 200 ohm is standard for this type of device
