the past few seasons i have made a chart to project photocell battery life by temp and duration, am now using them remote about 1200 feet away, should I reajust battery life? In the past this protects me from batteries dying during events

No you shouldn't. The photocell is not using any real power to create the switch closure.

If the ambient temperature of the remote finish is the same, your chart will still be vaild
