Alge ASC3 Start Clock Question

Greetings --

First post here.

I am using an Alge ASC3 start clock to start a cycling time trial. I will be using Program 9, which allows you to upload bibs and start times-of-day to the clock from an Excel spreadsheet.

I have that all working correctly, but Program 9 just gives a single GO tone on the horn. From the software manual it looks like one should be able to edit the lights and horn sequencing. However when I 'Download all from Startclock' in the software, Program 9 is not offered as an option to edit.

I just wanted to check with the community to see if there's something I've missed. I would very much like to have both the bib display and the countdown horn tones, but so far it looks like it is an either-or situation.
