Adaptive scoreboard not working properly

I have a scoreboard from Adaptive that I have been using with FinishLynx to display running time and results.

No matter what I do the bottom two lines (3 and 4) do not display any results. The running time goes over lines 2 and 3 and works well.

I am using Adaptive32x128 4 Line.lss script.
Results: Auto, Paging with size 4 and max 12.

Any ideas?

I have an Adaptive display that has a defective main circuit board too.

Take a picture and email Adaptive tech support. They will be able to give you an idea of the cost of service. Mine was several hundred dollars plus shipping.
