VARA Race Administrators Clinic Saturday - October 19, 10 am ¡V 5 pm (Includes BBQ lunch)

The VARA Race Administrators Clinic will be held at the KILLINGTON SKI CLUB. This clinic is for all race secretaries, club directors, timing staff and chief of race officials.

FEATURED SPEAKER: GEOFF ELDER, Slit Second Inc., creator and all around timing genius.

Also displaying timing equipment: RELIABLE RACING SUPPLY PHOENIX SPORTS

The RA Clinic will answer participants¡¦ questions regarding ƒá Geoff Elder software creator how to run the current USSA Alpine and Snowboard Software by Split Second Inc., - „X Order Keys and/or Update Licenses on site. ƒá Toby Milne working with the NEW VARA WEBSITE - web site designer-----You will receive
a user name and password to edit and manage your info, including entry lists, club data, race info, on the VARA web site!!!!!! ć Jordan Ginsberg will cover proper form completion and the review of the new required forms. ć Chase Morsey to discuss how to avoid pitfalls before, during and after the race, how to manage data,
and how to send results to results@vara.org ć David Iverson (aka d dogger) will be on hand to answer any and all questions we all might have

Race Administrators Clinic cost is $25 if registered before Oct 1, 2001. After Oct 1, and onsite registration is $30. PLEASE REGISTER BEFORE THE DAY OF THE EVENT!!

We highly recommend this clinic. It is held in the Killington Ski Ed Foundation building and is a great way to "get in the mood" for ski racing.

This year Jim Karnes will be present to go over his experiences with wireless systems and software over the past several years.

The ALGE TIMY will be on display with several new programs for Alpine skiing.
