Timy1 problem - screen "freeze"

Hi all

This summer we had a problem with one of our first gen Timy's. For no particular reason, screen refresh turns to be very slow. The characters are displayed one by one and it takes half a minute to refresh the whole screen. Then unpredictably it goes back to normal operation. And then after a short period it freezes again.
Now we have exactly the same problem with other Timy, but it appears permanently.

1441 latest FW, and no ideas what happened and how to fix it.

This is a recurring issue with these TIMY 1 units. They are just worn out. Firmware is not the issue.

So we offer TIMY3 upgrade kits. The printer on your TIMYs are probably fine. Please let us know.
