Sangalhos Velodrome in Portugal

Sangalhos Portugal is the center of the bicycle manufacturing region of the country. 3 hours north of Lisbon. The nearest city is the regional center Anadia. There is an Orbea factory about 10km north of there.

The new National Training Center is very nice and surrounded by great riding and eating. It is in the Barridia wine country so even the unlabeled table wine is pleasant.

The 250m indoor track was built by Peter Junek. The European Championships will be there in late July 2011
