S4 no impulse beep

One of our S4 timers no longer beeps when we have a start or finish impulse. Everything else works... Times show on the computer and clock. Tried changing the settings per the manuals directions.(If someone puts a hand in front of our photo cell I push the program+line test toggle up)That didn't work. Any other ideas?

The Piezo electric buzzer does burn out. It appears that yours has done so. Replacing the buzzer is the only real option.
