The windows software has been out for a couple of years. If you look hard you can find it at www.bikeresults.com I wouldn't recommend it though. The DOS is still better. I did talk to Geoff about the sofware and the contract with Global reach a few months ago. At that time, it was just to deal with registration and results posting...no software but that was being discussed. The format of the Bikeresults.com sofwtare is good, it is just VERY buggy and a HUGE memory hog. He fixed these problems in his alpine software, so hopefully he can do the same with the "cross country" version because it has some very nice features.
GRS has a contract with USA Cycling to upgrade their website, create new license software and a user interface so that riders can renew or modify their licenses on line. The next thing they will tackle is permiting for promoters. Results and rankings are planned for the future. Sometime in the summer we hope to be sending data to them as a test. PST is planning to provide timing and scoring services for the USA Cycling national championships tour for 2003
