HL3-100 Photocells time new VPCC track record

We installed the HL3-100 photocells at the VPCC velodrome today for the first race of the 2016 UCI season.

HL3-100 on wheel bases and 200 m start and Finish line. Reflectors glued to wall of track.

HL-615 TX connected to tapeswitch at 100m line
