We have a 150 that we purchased from Phoenix several years ago & its always worked fine. Now, it won't display times. The LED's flash when power is first applied, per normal, but no timing data appears. We use Windows-based laptops running SplitSecond's Club software. In "Display Test" mode, the software is detecting the 150, so we assume that data is being sent. So why no display? Anybody have any thoughts?

So the issue was resolved quickly. The USB serial adapter being used had assigned itself to Com 11. Remember that the highest COM number that SST supports is 9. They forced the COM number down to 8 using advanced settings and then rebooted. They also discovered that someone had set the board for time of day and HH:MM:SS instead of MM:SS:100
