Note: Configure software dip switches on Seiko DPU 414 for serial operation at 9600 Baud

The last or 3rd switch settings:

SW-3

1 (on) data 8 bits

2 (on) no parity

3 (on) parity-odd

4 (on) H/W busy

5 (off) baud

6 (on) rate

7 (on) select

8 (on) 9600

NOTE:

The Seiko DPU will go wacky once turned on. This is because it is trying to print the little TAG logo and cannot. Turn it off and on again and it should work.

Seiko DPU 414 set is $500.00 with battery, charger, 4 rolls of paper and PTB cable
