Hello guys, I hope to post my message in the right topic.
I own an old ptb605 and it doesn't seem to work anymore.
-1 when I turn it on (without connection to the PC) no message is printed on the printer.
-2 When I plug it into the PC, the controller PTB V4 communicates well with the chonoprinter but the software vola does not manage to connect.

Do you have any idea what the problem is? I am using Windows 10 and a RS232 to USB hl340 Converter cable.
Someone would have it the soft PTB controller V5 or later if it exists?
