John, thanks a bunch for throwing out ideas - there's one problem, the ladder isn't secured against a wall. It's probably easier to show you, you won't be dissapointed, check it out:

But if you could you link me a site for the low pressure tape? Could it be used with a wireless send device on the end of the ladder? I would like more info on it.
