IPICO and MeetPro

Anyone use IPICO and MeetPro for timing cross country meets? Trying to get this figured out. Any help is MUCH appreciated! jeff@southwestmichigantiming.com

I can't seem to get MeetPro to read the chips from my IPICO reader when the runners cross the finish line. I'm able to connect to the reader on MeetPro but it doesn't read the chips. I'm sure I'm missing a step, just not sure what it is. I use the Active Timing software to scan the chips and match them with the runners. What exactly are you looking for? I have used meetpro.
