Chaired by Allen Church and vice chair Jordan Ginsberg (absent due to timing commitments) the TWG met in Park City with a short agenda. Discussed was Allen's report on the FIS TWG meeting in Amsterdam where the FIS have asked for an independent testing facility for future timing equipment homologations in Europe and North America. It was suggested that this be done in a university type setting. Scoring of errors from TTRs from the nations was also presented with a breakdown on the types of errors displayed and also cross referenced by equipment used. Many of the USSA and Timing Guys regulars were in attendance including Dirk Gouwens, Tami Strong, John Jacobs, Thelma Hoessler, Nancy Wiedl, Karen Korfanta, Cath O'Donnell, Ellen Hoffman, Curt Gleaves, Lee Sosman, Esther Delliquadri, Pat Callahan, Ernie Page, Kirsten Andreae, Gary Wright, Stanley Goldschmidt and others.
