Our favorite timing report for USSA and FIS scored races has been recently updated and has grown by one letter. The former Timing Technical Report is not the Timing and Data Technical Report. While it is basically the same as last year the updated form has a line added to show what software was used to time the race. Most North American users will be indicating Split Second National FIS software but your flavors may vary. This line also asks the TC official to Confirm that the software results and the tapes match. This proofing of the tapes is easiest if you run your homolgated clocks in NetTime programs.
The FIS and USSA websites have not yet been updated with the current form but FIS Timing Working Group member Allen Church has posted the new version of the form on the RMSRO website.
