The Northern Michigan Ski Academy has used the SST Club software very successfully for a number of years to time and score our club races.

My question is can the software be used to time and score multiple event TEAM races?

A good example of of that race format is high school ski meets. The format of the meet is that a number of teams come together and have a meet that consists of boys SL and GS and girls SL and GS.

Determining the individual winners in each event is not a problem nor is it a problem to score the team finishes in a single event (with SST). The issue is combining the SL and GS to determine the boys and the girls winning teams.

I score the team results by pulling data into an excel spreadsheet to tabulate the team results but wonder if there is a better way?

We've got one race that we host for six teams, five classes of boys, five classes of girls and SL and GS races for everyone!

I use an excel spreadsheet to compile the results but it's not for the faint of heart!

My ultimate goal is to be able to have someone else score the race and was hoping there might be an easier way to do it.
I would contact Tom Kendall (teambart@aol.com). He has software that will meet your needs. His team Bart software will score multiple rounds/weeks, teams, and much more. You can either purchase the results package where you time the races in SST National/FIS or Club and import the data or the whole version that you can directly time from. This software can also send results to the web and output to a Daktronics scoreboard.
